We are seeking a Contract and Agreement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, procurement, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish contractual obligations and track status
• Identify compliance gaps and propose solutions
• Identify simplification potential of MSAs and ensure alignment with ITSOA compliance
• Support audit cycles and risk management reporting
• Act as an internal contract advisor
• Reporting and purchase request facilitation

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in contract management or a related field
• Operational contract management, procurement, controlling, or legal background is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, analytical, and attention to detail
