Important IBEX 35 Company seeking an IT Agile Project Manager for their HQ

We are a chemical multinational company listed on IBEX 35, with headquarters in Barcelona and a global team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning & review, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, resolve urgent issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth progress.
• Mentor, coach, and support the Salesforce team in implementing Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Collaborate closely with the Salesforce IT Vertical leader to align stakeholder priorities with available resources.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Scrum team, other Technology Department teams, and all company stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time delivery, transparency, and accountability regarding project progress and health.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, risk analysis, and resource management for projects involving the Salesforce IT Vertical.
• Report on key Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, lead time, throughput, and satisfaction levels.
• Ensure projects are prioritized correctly and delivered within scope, time, and budget.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
