Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Agile Projects : Manage project lifecycle using Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
• Work Across Teams : Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Drive Digital Transformation : Oversee international software development and digital initiatives.
• Manage Multiple Projects : Prioritize and track timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

What We’re Looking For :

• Educational Background : Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications : Agile certifications like CSM, PMI-ACP are a plus.
• Experience : 3+ years in Agile Product Owner or Project Management, managing digital / software projects internationally.
• Agile Expertise : Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
• Tools Proficiency : Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Microsoft 365.
• Problem Solver : Critical thinking skills and innovative problem-solving ability.
• Multilingual : Fluent in English; German is a bonus.
• Digital Mindset : Interest in digital transformation and technologies like AI.
