Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, and eager-to-learn professional to join Ferrovial’s Digital Hub team as an Agile Delivery Lead. The Digital Hub develops digital products leveraging advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things to support the transformation and optimization of business processes across Ferrovial’s business units (Airports, Construction, Energy, and Highways).

The selected candidate will support the management of digital products, helping coordinate agile teams to deliver business value and promote adoption of the developed solutions.

This role will join the ADLs team reporting to the Head of Business Domains and contributes to the successful delivery of products within the defined timelines, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to identify needs and manage expectations.
• Support the definition and communication of the product vision.
• Assist in defining and tracking adoption and impact KPIs.
• Help manage the product backlog and align it with business goals.
• Participate in maintaining the product roadmap.
• Support agile teams working in a matrix organization.
• Promote agile practices, especially Scrum, and help implement them.
• Ensure effective communication among team members.
• Assist in resolving impediments affecting product delivery.
• Support product progress tracking and visibility.
• Foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Participate in agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• •Manage product resources efficiently.
• Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of digital products.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar roles.
• Deep knowledge and application of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Desirable experience in digital or tech environments.
• International exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.
• Knowledge of AI, DevOps, MLOps, or similar practices is a plus.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish.
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
• Additional education or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Platform Engineering, MLOps, DevSecOps, etc. are an advantage
