Your future responsibilities include

• Coach and mentor teams in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Collaborate with teams, team leaders, managers, and stakeholders to identify and address impediments to Agile adoption
• Provide training and workshops on Agile practices and principles
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the teams
• Assist in the development and implementation of Agile metrics and reporting

Your professional and personal profile

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in an international working environment
• Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory. German language skills are a plus, but not required
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Coach) is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or digital applications industry is preferred
• Expertise in working with German companies is a plus
