About this role

We are counting on you to be strategic and hands-on, a motivational programme lead with the ability to bring colleagues together and deliver across multiple priorities at a rapid pace and well aligned with different stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to execute the strategy of Just Eat Spain alongside the Country Programme Manager and the rest of the management team. This is a temporary contract until December 2025.

Location : Hybrid - 3 days a week from our Madrid office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to : Country Programme Manager

These are some of the key ingredients to the role :

• Support our Country Leadership Team, alongside the Country Programme Manager, to execute our processes efficiently, ensuring that our internal tools and solutions are up to date with our changing business needs.
• Define, structure, and execute the most strategic and cross-functional projects in the country by developing work plans, gathering and synthesising relevant data, developing recommendations, and coordinating teams for proper execution.
• Track progress on the most relevant KPIs and suggest actions to revert deviations, with a special focus on pricing and cities development.
• Define, structure, and execute dashboards and analysis needs to help colleagues make data-based decisions, working closely with the business intelligence team.

What will you bring to the table?

• Relevant experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Experience at a growth business / start-up in a similar role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and support complex strategic projects.
• Strong background in project delivery / project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail, yet also a people person with strong soft skills.
• Ability to influence and network across the organisation.
• Fluency in English (both writing and speaking) and Spanish.
