Formación

  • 4+ years of experience in Development roles, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
  • C1 level English proficiency is a must.

We are a sustainable infrastructure company primarily focused on renewable energy assets. Our mission is to drive the transition towards a more sustainable world by investing in and managing sustainable infrastructure, while delivering long-term value to our investors and stakeholders.

Our current portfolio includes 40 renewable energy assets with a capacity of 2,048 MW, 343 MW of efficient natural gas-fired power, 1,229 miles of electric transmission lines, and other sustainable assets.

We are currently recruiting an Organizational Development Specialist to work with and strengthen our People and Culture team based in the Madrid office.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Development: Partner with leadership to define and implement career development frameworks, succession planning strategies, and leadership competency models that support organizational growth and sustainability.
  • Performance and Potential Management: Lead performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with development goals, and actively manage high-potential talent programs to build strong leadership pipelines.
  • Individual Growth Facilitation: Design and implement personalized development plans that foster continuous learning, skill enhancement, and career progression tailored to individual employee needs.
  • Organizational Learning Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies that promote critical skill acquisition, drive behavioral change, and enhance organizational capabilities across all levels.
  • Multidisciplinary Learning Pathways: Create inclusive learning pathways that cater to diverse employee groups, including both blue-collar and white-collar roles, ensuring multidisciplinary growth opportunities.
  • Innovative Upskilling Solutions: Design and deliver dynamic upskilling initiatives through diverse channels such as virtual classrooms, e-learning platforms, micro-learning content, and informal learning approaches.
  • People & Culture Initiatives: Contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives that support the broader objectives of the People and Culture department, fostering an engaging and growth-oriented work environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) C1 level is a must.

Personal Skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage complex training projects and prioritize initiatives effectively.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with both strategic and hands-on approaches.
  • High level of autonomy and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Expertise in performance management and talent assessment tools.

Technical Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Development roles, preferably within industrial or energy sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel is a must).
  • Proficiency with Development management systems such as Cornerstone is desirable.
