Key Responsibilities

• Work with buyers and sellers throughout the property transaction process
• Conduct property viewings, valuations, and negotiations
• Manage listings and client information using CRM systems
• Search for suitable properties using multiple real estate platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate on the Costa del Sol is essential
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and surrounding areas
• Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems and property search platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
