An industry-leading AI solution provider is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to join the team. As a key player, you'll spearhead revenue growth by cultivating strategic connections with retail clients across Germany and Europe, leveraging our cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Pipeline Development: Identify and nurture relationships to build the sales pipeline for Industrial solutions.
  2. Client Engagement: Craft compelling presentations and proposals, securing support across departments to drive business growth.
  3. Sales Growth: Drive the adoption of AI solutions in the German and UK market through collaboration and relationship-building.
  4. Lead Generation: Maintain a continuous source of potential leads, leveraging marketing initiatives to drive engagement.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and business development to execute lead generation campaigns and foster a supportive sales environment.
  6. Qualification and Preparation: Qualify new leads, engage senior leadership, and tailor sales materials to meet client needs.
  7. Innovation: Evaluate new ideas and opportunities to excel in securing new business.
  8. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and ensure seamless client onboarding in collaboration with the account team.
  9. Experience: Previous success in new business development, ideally within supply chain, category management, or customer insight solutions.
  10. Influence: Proven ability to influence senior executives and articulate the value of our solutions for revenue growth.
  11. Software Sales: Experience in selling software solutions for industrial clients, consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.
  12. Collaboration: Track record of successful collaboration with presales experts and large account management.
  13. Network: Established network of contacts within grocery retail and experience working with Tier 1 & 2 accounts.
  14. Negotiation Skills: Strength in opening, negotiating, and closing deals with a collaborative approach.
  15. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creating clear and actionable materials for clients.
  16. Problem-solving: Structured and logical problem-solving skills.
