Multiplag: Customer Service and Sales Profile

Multiplag, an ecommerce company specializing in pest control solutions and home well-being, is seeking a proactive and resolutive profile to join our Customer Service and Sales team.

We are looking for someone who not only attends to clients but also understands, advises, and turns inquiries into sales. If you are agile with digital tools, customer-oriented, and passionate about the ecommerce environment, this position is for you.

Main Functions:
  1. Customer service via phone, email, and chat (pre and post-sale).
  2. Personalized advice on online catalog products.
  3. Management of orders, incidents, and returns.
  4. Follow-up on sales opportunities and recovery of abandoned carts.
  5. Support in improving customer service processes and user experience.
  6. Collaboration with the marketing team to identify behavioral patterns and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and/or online sales.
  • Proficiency with customer service tools: CRM, ecommerce platforms, etc.
  • Excellent written and phone communication skills.
  • Resolutive profile with goal orientation.
  • Valuable: knowledge of the home/DIY/pest control sector.
