About the team

This position is within the D. E. Química team and is a temporary vacancy. The role involves managing customer orders related to petrochemical sales at Repsol Química.

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor and update the status of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve order issues.
  • Inform the commercial area about order statuses and proactively communicate any issues affecting delivery dates, quantities, or product quality.
  • Work with team members and resolution groups to address customer needs promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Higher Vocational Training or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and / or Logistics.
  • Advanced level of English (C1) or higher.
