  • Proficient English language skills.

  • Conducting online informative property guidance calls.
  • Negotiating and closing real estate transactions.
  • Collaborating with mortgage brokers, appraisers, and other industry professionals.
  • Staying updated on market trends and industry regulations.
  • Developing and nurturing client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Experience Requirements
  • A valid real estate agent license in Spain.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent with a successful sales track record closing sales in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and current industry trends in the Caribbean, the USA and Canada.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive or similar ).
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
