To meet an exciting future for the Marine Industry, Kongsberg Maritime is looking for a highly motivated and determined Aftermarket Sales Manager to be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of customers in Spain & Portugal.

Global Customer Support (GCS) is a global division within Kongsberg Maritime, responsible for selling the full scope of KM Services and solutions. This division has built a renowned customer-focused organization committed to delivering excellent sales results and innovative, reliable service solutions to ensure optimal operation at sea for our customers.

As an Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will be part of the Aftermarket Sales team for UK, West Europe, and Africa, supporting customers with Maintenance Planning, Life Cycle Management, and Conversions of their sailing fleet. You will manage customer relationships within a dedicated portfolio in Spain & Portugal, working closely with sales teams across product divisions. Building strong cooperation with customers and stakeholders is key, requiring collaborative skills and excellent communication to succeed. You will join an experienced team and contribute to maximizing customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Key Accountabilities
  • Drive Aftermarket Sales of all Kongsberg Maritime products and services in cooperation with Product sales teams.
  • Develop sales plans for a defined customer portfolio.
  • Own and manage the customer service relationship.
  • Report on Sales Pipeline and Maintenance Planning Reviews.
  • Manage Budgeting & Forecasting.
  • Negotiate service agreements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in Aftermarket Sales processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in Global Operations, Product Value Streams, & Global Sales and Marketing (OEM) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant experience from a similar technical sales role.
  • Technical background, preferably from the maritime industry; experience with marine automation & control systems is a plus.
  • Proven sales experience with a successful track record.
  • Knowledge of Kongsberg Maritime’s products and services.
  • Good communication skills in English.
