A global renewable energy company is looking for a Sales Manager in the Noáin area, Spain. This role involves securing order intake, developing sales strategies, and working with Aftermarket products. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering or business, proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience in a sales environment. Your Tasks
  • Secure order intake targets while representing NX in front of the customer, working hand in hand with the HQ-based Aftermarket Sales Specialist and Backoffice Team.
  • Report to the Director of Global Aftermarket Sales, while being part of the disciplinary reporting line of the regional Service Director.
  • Ensure the achievement of the budget and order intake targets.
  • Actively sell Aftermarket products to new customers and promote cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
  • Create and manage opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements, and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, and presentations, including technical clarification and implementation strategies for non-standard Aftermarket sales products.
  • Prepare pricing strategies and terms and conditions.
  • Follow internal approval processes, including risk review and project summaries, and hand over signed contracts to Service Operations.
  • Develop medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to maintain and grow relationships with targeted customers, including demand forecasting.
Your Profile
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or economics is preferred.
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Experience in selling products; familiarity with turbines and wind energy is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Commercial mindset and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively with customers.
