A leading company specializing in fast chargers for electric vehicles is seeking a Technical Services professional. This role focuses on enhancing client experience through maintenance, configuration, and effective communication in both Spanish and English, along with a commitment to sustainable mobility solutions.

To achieve this, we analyze our customers' needs and provide flexible and scalable charging solutions for electric vehicles. Our process starts from conceptualization and design, leading to manufacturing and distribution.
What We Are Looking For : We are seeking an experienced Technical Services professional who wants to specialize in chargers for electric vehicles. We are looking for someone passionate about enhancing the client experience, contributing to error prevention, and collaborating closely with the Product and R&D team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include : Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, performing repairs at our facilities or remotely. Providing customer service via telephone and email in Spanish and English. Ticketing configuration. Reviewing potential client platforms to assess functionality and determine necessary modifications. Testing client platforms with our server and checking web and app applications. Configuring OCPP protocols for chargers. Managing guarantees with the Operations department. Managing spares. Preparing technical documentation for interventions and maintenance.
Requirements : Studies related to electrical or electronic engineering, mechatronics, automation, or industrial maintenance. Competency in informatics, such as configuring a Local Area Network (LAN) and network interfaces. Knowledge of some OOP languages like Python or Java is a plus. Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English. Availability to travel sporadically. Proven experience in After Sales Services. Hands-on experience with ticketing configuration and management. Familiarity with OCPP protocols. Passion for enhancing the client experience and error prevention. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various internal departments. Strong analytical skills for reviewing and assessing potential clients. Proficiency in conducting remote maintenance. Alignment with the company's vision for a sustainable future in mobility. Future availability for on-call duties. Demonstrates kindness and a positive attitude in interactions.
