A technology consulting company is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead client accounts and develop business in the Outsourcing area. This remote role based in Spain requires strong leadership skills and proficiency in English. Formación

  • Over 3 years of professional experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in IT Consulting.
  • Strong motivation to develop business in Outsourcing.

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or similar fields
  • Over 3 years of professional experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in the IT Consulting sector
  • Strong motivation to develop business in the Outsourcing area
  • Previous experience in team leadership and management (valued)
  • Good English skills (minimum B2 – mandatory)
  • Availability to work remotely from Spain
Responsibilities
  • Define prospects and market targets for the Outsourcing area
  • Contact clients and schedule prospecting meetings
  • Present the Affinity portfolio to prospects
  • Manage and follow up on client accounts
  • Follow up with candidates and support interviews
  • Lead the IT Consultants team
  • Participate in the performance evaluation of Consultants
