Location : Madrid

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliates / Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing team and lead our growth efforts across the Spanish and LATAM regions. This is a high-impact role where your ability to build strong partnerships and identify new business opportunities will directly influence the expansion of our global footprint.

  • Acquire, manage, and scale affiliate partnerships — particularly in trading, fintech, or financial education.
  • Leverage your network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry contacts to create strategic growth opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to spot trends, assess competitive landscapes, and uncover high-potential partnerships.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and influencers in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to potential partners.
  • Proactively seek and generate business leads through your network and market knowledge.
  • Proven success as an Affiliates / Partnerships Manager in finance, fintech, or tech industries.
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish-speaking market (Spain and LATAM).
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Confident public speaker and skilled negotiator.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strategic thinking.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s is a plus).
