• At least 2 years previous experience within Digital Marketing, ideally within the Affiliate Marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance marketing metrics.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.

What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As Affiliates Marketing Executive in the Affiliates team, you will be in charge of:

• Develop and implement affiliate campaigns for the different brands and markets from eDreams ODIGEO
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and networks to ensure ongoing collaboration and performance
• Negotiate commission structures and promotional deals with new and existing affiliates
• Provide market research and competitive analysis while identifying and actively recruiting new partners to the programme
• Work closely with other internal departments (brand, legal, revenue, tracking) as well as external networks and partners
• Track affiliate performance, sales, and conversions through affiliate networks or internal tracking systems and provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years previous experience within Digital Marketing, ideally within the Affiliate Marketing industry partners/account management
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, online advertising, and performance marketing metrics
• Communication and negotiation skills to maintain excellent relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
• Analytical skills
• Organisation skills to ensure best campaigns and projects management in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment
• Innovative & entrepreneurial to bring new ideas to grow marketing channels and the overall business
• Team player in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English is required, and knowledge of German and/or French would be a plus
