Simple Life App is seeking an experienced affiliate & partnerships manager to scale our global program from the ground up in Europe and beyond. You’ll own partner strategy, recruitment, and commercial performance end-to-end.

You’ll collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics to optimize CPA, ROAS, and publisher mix, while briefing partners and coordinating with editorial and creative teams for high-converting content.

Formación

• 2+ years in affiliate or partnerships role (health/wellness a bonus).
• Track record scaling affiliate channels to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
• Strong briefing/creative instincts for hooks and content that converts.
• Highly organized; manages multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
• Familiar with tracking infra: postbacks, pixels, UTMs.
• Experience with Impact, Looker, Superset and Jira.

• Build and manage editorial, newsletter, and media partnerships reaching core audience.

• Forecast, track, and report program performance for stakeholders.
• Support launch of a new brand program and establish partner infrastructure/go-to-market.
• Run ongoing competitor analysis of commissions, partner mix, and campaigns.

We're scaling affiliate marketing at Simple and need an experienced manager to help grow this channel and support the launch of a new program. You'll own partner strategy, recruitment, and commercial performance end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale Simple's affiliate program, focused on mid-to-top of funnel partners in the following markets: US, UK, Europe;
• Build and manage editorial, newsletter, and media partnerships that reach our core audience;
• Brief partners with strong angles and hooks, working closely with the creative team on production;
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics to align strategy and improve channel outcomes;
• Forecast, track, and report on program and publisher performance for internal stakeholders;
• Support the launch of a new brand program, helping to establish partner infrastructure and go-to-market approach from the ground up;
• Run ongoing competitor analysis to benchmark commission structures, partner mix, and campaign approaches.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in affiliate or partnerships - experience in health, wellness, or weight loss is a bonus;
• Proven track record scaling an affiliate channel while hitting CPA and ROAS targets;
• Strong creative instincts - can write a brief, spot a good hook, and push partners toward content that converts;
• Highly organised, thrives juggling multiple workstreams, and keeps every detail on track even when priorities shift fast;
• Comfortable with tracking infrastructure - postbacks, pixels, UTMs;
• Tools: Impact, Looker, Superset, Jira.
