Making Science in Madrid is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to create and optimize global programs across multiple verticals and networks.

You will recruit partners, monitor performance, define goals and commissions, and present strategic recommendations to clients in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment. Join a proactive team focused on growth and measurable ROAS.

Formación

• We are looking for someone who's proactive, analytical, and eager to learn, with strong negotiation skills and a positive attitude.
• You have at least 3 years of experience performing similar tasks in affiliate marketing within agencies, networks, or advertiser client-side.
• You have managed a monthly affiliate budget/payout pool of at least 30k. You have a strong track record of managing a diverse client portfolio and negotiating commission models (CPA, CPL, Revenue Share, Hybrid).
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or Economics. You have hands-on experience with major affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin, Impact, CJ Affiliate) and tracking tools (Everflow, Tune, Voluum, Google Analytics). You have a C1/C2 level of English, both spoken and written.

• Maintain daily communication with clients to review results and present strategic recommendations.
