Simple Life App in Spain seeks a Content Strategist (Program Lead) to shape the structure, flow, and quality of movement programs within Simple Move, turning user needs, product goals, and expert input into engaging guided experiences that build lasting habits.

You’ll partner with the LTV product manager to define tests, own delivery timelines, and use AI tools to structure, generate, and scale program content while collaborating with medical/fitness experts for safety verification.

Formación

• Experience building or improving structured programs, curricula, or content journeys in a digital consumer product.
• Ability to set KPIs, read engagement metrics, and turn them into content decisions.
• Attention to detail on exercise selection, order, duration, format, and variety.
• Autonomous work style with quick drafts and iterative feedback.
• Collaboration with medical/fitness experts for safety verification.
• Use of AI tools to structure, generate, and scale program content.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the LTV product manager on renewal cycle; understand CR/retention hypotheses and build them.
• Own quality: decide program principles and exercise sets that drive CR, retention, and renewal.
• Own delivery: ensure programs and experiments are loaded by the required date.
• Translate hypotheses into ready-to-test workout experiments and assemble programs in CMS.
• Build new programs and improve existing ones using competitive insights and trends.
• Collaborate with medical/fitness experts for safety review.
• Track performance against targets and feed results into next iterations.
• Work with Product Content Lead on briefs and priorities for new programs.
• Ensure programs feel engaging and natural, not textbook-like.
