Position: Affiliate Manager

Location: remote, EMEA region

Employment type: Full-time, Service Agreement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit and maintain relationships with Affiliates/IBs
• Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues
• Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate cooperation
• Negotiate contracts with new or existing affiliates
• Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on ROI
• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations
• Review sales reports to assess campaign performance
• Analyze demographic data to identify emerging markets
• Coordinate with creative team for promo materials
• Write marketing briefs and develop campaign assets
• Represent the company at international events

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Spanish (oral and written) and English (at least B2)
• 1-2 years' experience as an Affiliate Manager
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field is a plus
• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokers
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner channels
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Knowledge of affiliate networks
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Willingness to travel for conferences or meetings
