Job Description:

MCO is a mobile monetization platform offering in-house engineering mobile sites for specific markets thanks to advanced career-billing techniques and impact marketing. We are part of EXOGROUP, a set of companies made up of +170 talents and offering a wide range of services within the digital business landscape with headquarters in Barcelona and offices in Dublin, Porto, Valencia, Tarragona, and Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: research and build partnerships with new affiliates and manage existing ones.
2. Negotiate payouts and manage onboarding processes (contracts, account setup, integration).
3. Send campaign plans to partners, monitor, follow-up, and optimize daily.
4. Send monthly reports and support the payment process.
5. Manage media buying on social networks (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to reach CPA goals, including setup, management, and optimization of campaigns.
6. Use internal tools to track KPIs (CPA, CPI, ARPU, ROAS, etc.) daily.
7. Monitor daily spend and revenue.
8. Demonstrate technical skills, including editing landing pages (HTML), using tracking pixels, and creative optimization.
9. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business intelligence teams to interpret market insights and client data, and implement strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of digital performance and affiliate marketing ecosystems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Innovative, proactive, and strong communication skills.
• Analytical with good statistical interpretation skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in mobile advertising industry.
• Experience managing affiliate portfolios and campaigns for product owners or networks.
• Experience with Facebook & TikTok Ads; experience with Google Ads or other DSPs is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of performance pricing models (CPA, CPI, CPM, CPC).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are valued.
