To expand our business we are hiring a Digital Marketing Affiliate Manager a critical role in our company. The Affiliate Manager supports the affiliate programs day-to-day operations by managing relationships with affiliates monitoring campaign performance and assisting in the growth and optimization of partner accounts. Working alongside senior team members they gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing while actively contributing to the programs success.

Tasks

Responsibilities :

Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source and identify new affiliate partners through outreach and research;
• Assist in onboarding new affiliates : ensuring contracts tracking links and creatives are provided;
• Maintain and update the affiliate database and CRM systems.

Relationship Management

• Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of affiliates;
• Respond to affiliate inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• Build trust with partners by offering support and optimization suggestions.

Campaign Management

• Monitor affiliate traffic conversions and performance daily;
• Flag unusual activity or potential fraud and report it to the team;
• Ensure tracking is properly set up and troubleshoot any issues with links or reporting.

Reporting & Optimization

• Prepare performance reports for internal use and affiliate updates;
• Analyze KPIs such as EPC CR ROI to identify underperforming campaigns;
• Recommend and test small-scale optimizations under supervision.

Creative & Promotional Assets

• Distribute updated creatives copy and landing pages to affiliates;
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in affiliate promotions.
• Work closely with senior affiliate managers and BD team to understand advertiser goals;
• Stay updated on industry trends tools and affiliate strategies;
• Attend internal trainings meetings and (optionally) affiliate events or expos.

Requirements

Key Skills & Attributes :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Detail-oriented with a knack for organization;
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or affiliate marketing (or eager to learn);
• Analytical mindset comfortable with Excel data and dashboards;
• Proactive coachable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
