We’re Hiring:

Affiliate Marketing Manager (US / Canada Market)

Location: Remote

Focus: North America (US / Canada)

Company: Boomerangme is a fast-growing white-label SaaS platform helping marketing agencies in the US and Canada launch and scale digital loyalty programs for SMBs (cafés, salons, restaurants, etc.). We’re looking for a hands-on Affiliate Marketing Manager who knows how to build and grow an affiliate network, specifically in the US and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate understands the B2B SaaS and MarTech landscape and can take full ownership of our affiliate strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute our affiliate program strategy focused on North America (US & Canada).
  2. Recruit, onboard, and grow long-term relationships with affiliate partners, including agencies, communities, influencers, and SaaS resellers.
  3. Optimize performance through testing, tracking, and improving conversion rates, CAC, and partner engagement.
  4. Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align offers, messaging, and growth initiatives.
  5. Explore and activate affiliate platforms like FirstPromoter, Reditus, or similar tools.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in building affiliate programs for B2B SaaS or MarTech products.
  2. Solid understanding of the North American market and experience working with US or Canadian partners.
  3. Strong network and understanding of agency ecosystems, growth communities, and performance marketing partners.
  4. Hands-on experience with affiliate management tools and performance tracking.
  5. Strategic thinker with an execution mindset — able to own the function and show results.
