Formación

• 2+ años de experiencia en gestión de afiliados, preferiblemente en la industria iGaming.
• Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de networking.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Affiliate Manager for our operations in Spain. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing our affiliate network, enhancing our market strategies, and driving growth. This role is ideal for those who are strategic thinkers, effective communicators, and passionate about the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners while recruiting new affiliates to expand our network.
2. Oversee the management and retention of affiliate accounts, ensuring compliance and alignment with our business goals.
3. Coordinate the development of affiliate marketing strategies and monitor their success.
4. Produce and distribute engaging content for affiliate communications, such as newsletters and updates, to enhance affiliate relationships and performance.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliates to continually improve strategy and outputs.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and compliance regulations to ensure our affiliate practices meet all standards and legal requirements.

What You'll Need :

1. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
2. At least 2 years of experience in affiliate management, preferably within the iGaming industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven track record of managing successful affiliate partnerships.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
6. Knowledgeable about the iGaming market and its regulatory environment.
