ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong partnerships and driving revenue growth? We're looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll manage our affiliate marketing program, cultivating relationships with partners, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring the success of performance-driven initiatives. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. Building and developing relationships with assigned affiliate partners.
2. Actively searching for - and acquiring - new affiliate partners.
3. Managing Strategic accounts.
4. Setting up / requesting reward plans with AdOps and making sure tracking etc. works correctly.
5. Work closely with all assigned Affiliate Partners to ensure they have everything they need to push (brands of) LeoVegas to the maximum potential.
6. Responsible for the overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimize deals/campaigns.
7. Monitor affiliate performance daily to make sure development is steady and positive. Any irregularities should be followed up on with the affiliate partner.
8. Alignment with internal stakeholders such as Country / Marketing / Brand Managers, BI, Compliance, etc.
9. Ensuring a positive ROI from Affiliation and re-negotiate agreements where necessary.
10. Report on results, performance, and challenges on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis.
11. Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links.
12. Following any legal changes/requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant.
13. Maintain personal networks by participating in conferences and industry events.
14. Building and developing all brands within the LeoVegas Group.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Essential skills:

1. Min 1.5 years’ experience within Affiliation.
2. Verifiable knowledge / experience of international markets and the iGaming industry.
3. Experienced in managing Key Affiliates Accounts.
4. Knowledge of tracking systems.

Nice to have skills:

1. Additional languages.
2. Experience with ES and DK markets.
