N26 Inc. is seeking a dynamic Team Lead for its AFC Operations in Madrid. You will lead a team of analysts and investigators to ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, KYC, and fraud controls.

You will drive investigations, manage daily operations, and coordinate with other departments to strengthen AFC policies. Fluency in English and French is required, as is deep knowledge of European financial crime regulations.

Formación

• Several years of banking experience in Anti-Financial Crime.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with French AML/CTF regulation.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Anti-Financial Crime regulations and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of analysts and investigators.
• Oversee investigation of suspicious activities and reporting.
• Ensure daily AFC compliance operations.
• Monitor AFC controls effectiveness and reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments to enforce AFC policies.
• Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency; support audits/regulatory inquiries.
• Foster continuous learning and professional development.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across the team.
