N26 is seeking an Excellence Specialist to join our AFC Operations team in Madrid. This entry-level role focuses on monitoring performance metrics, maintaining documentation, and supporting process optimization across Fraud, Sanctions, and Financial Crime operations.

You will gather KPIs, assist in dashboards and leadership presentations, and perform data checks to ensure accuracy. The role offers strong growth within fintech operations and cross-functional exposure.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in business operations, fintech, analytics or process support.
• Solid foundation in Excel / Google Sheets; eager to learn data tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau).
• High attention to detail, organized, proactive problem-solver with good communication.
• Fluent spoken and written English; comfortable with international cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, update, and compile weekly/monthly AFC performance KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare routine performance packs, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Perform basic data checks to ensure high reporting data accuracy.
• Track operational workflows and maintain SOPs; log feedback and follow-ups.
• Support workforce tracking and capacity planning discussions with leads.
• Assist governance coordination, audit readiness materials, and action-item tracking.
