Job summary

GMV is expanding its Space sector team to tackle projects in Space Surveillance and Tracking. The Aerospace Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain microservices-based software, integrating space surveillance algorithms.

You will collaborate with aerospace and DevOps teams and participate in integration, validation, and testing to ensure high-performance processing and robust security. The role offers a hybrid work model with possible relocation options and a focus on both national

Qualifications

• Solid experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and using RESTful APIs (Open API/Swagger).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL (data modeling, query optimization).
• Experience working with Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of microservice architectures and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with software testing (unit, integration) and clean code practices.
• Knowledge of API security (authentication, authorization, OAuth2, JWT).
