Airbus Canada Limited Partnership is seeking a Methods Agent to join the Methods Support team in Mirabel. You will coordinate essential actions to resolve major issues affecting the assembly line and develop work methodologies and work instructions for production.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, logistics and quality functions, investigate root causes, and participate in solution analysis to enable smoother manufacturing of aircraft components.

Formación

• College or university degree in mechanical/industrial/aeronautical manufacturing or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of interior finishing is an asset.
• General knowledge of dependencies between different positions in the aero manufacturing system.
• Strong leadership and ability to challenge processes while helping colleagues grow.
