Airbus Canada Limited Partnership is seeking a Machinist to join the tooling department in Mirabel. You will machine using conventional and CNC methods, support production, and collaborate with the tooling method group.

The role emphasizes interpretation of plans, precision, and adherence to safety. Strong aerospace experience is an asset and a hybrid/onsite work environment is possible.

Formación

• DEP Machining with 3 years experience
• AEC CNC mandatory
• Solid sheet metal, conventional and 3-axis machining
• Experience in aerospace is an asset
• Applied, rigorous and organized

Responsabilidades

• Understand and interpret technical plans and drawings
• Verify that the part matches drawing criteria
• Correct according to first run results and adjust if needed
• Verify machining and carry out necessary corrections
• Notify supervisor of tool/equipment issues
• Participate in training of new employees/trainees
• Apply health and safety rules at all times
