A leading aeronautics firm is seeking a qualified SCQM or Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team in Torrejón de Ardoz. This role offers a long-term secure contract and the chance to work on cutting-edge aeronautic programs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of English (at least B2) is essential, and French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Supplier Quality Management (SCQM) and/or manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure project success.
• Conduct testing and validation of systems to meet industry standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aeronautic or automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Extensive knowledge in APQP, crisis management, lean manufacturing, non-conformities, ToW, NPI, process, and industrialization.
