The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Aeronautical Engineering with at least 3 years of industry experience. This role involves focusing on Supplier Quality Management, collaborating with diverse teams, and conducting system validations, all within a flexible and supportive work environment that values continuous professional development. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautic or automotive industry.
• Extensive knowledge in APQP, lean manufacturing, crisis management, and industrialization.
• High level of English (B2 or above); German or French is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Supplier Quality Management (SCQM) and/or manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure project success.
• Conduct testing and validation of systems to meet industry standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aeronautic or automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Extensive knowledge in APQP, crisis management, lean manufacturing, non-conformities, ToW, NPI, process, and industrialization.
