Una empresa internacional busca un ingeniero de SCQM o fabricación para unirse a su equipo en Cataluña. Este puesto ofrece un contrato a largo plazo, participación en importantes programas aeronáuticos, formación especializada y un plan de compensación flexible. Se requiere un título en ingeniería aeronáutica, experiencia en la industria y habilidades sólidas de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la industria aeronáutica o automotriz.
• Conocimientos en APQP, gestión de crisis, manufactura esbelta, incumplimientos, NPI y proceso de industrialización.
• Nivel de inglés alto (mínimo B2); se valorarán conocimientos en francés o alemán.

Responsabilidades

• Enfoque en la gestión de calidad de proveedores (SCQM) y/o procesos de fabricación.
• Colaborar con otros ingenieros y departamentos para asegurar el éxito del proyecto.
• Realizar pruebas y validaciones de sistemas para cumplir con estándares de la industria.
• Proporcionar soporte técnico y solución de problemas según sea necesario.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Supplier Quality Management (SCQM) and/or manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure project success.
• Conduct testing and validation of systems to meet industry standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aeronautic or automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Extensive knowledge in APQP, crisis management, lean manufacturing, non-conformities, ToW, NPI, process, and industrialization.
