A leading technology company is seeking an Aerodynamics Engineer to join their UAV team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in CFD simulation and a passion for aerospace innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work on designing advanced solutions and participating in real-world testing at our headquarters in Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid.

Formación

• 5+ years in aerodynamics / rocket or drone design.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, and expert with CFD tools.
• Passion for aerospace, innovation, and pushing boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Design aerodynamic solutions for rockets, UAVs, and aircraft.
• Run and analyze CFD simulations (Star-CCM+, Fluent).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

In ARQUIMEA AEROSPACE DEFENCE & SECURITY , wedevelop safer and more reliable defense systems through technology,including unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), sensing systems, command and control software, and aiming systems.

We're looking for an Aerodynamics Engineer with solid experience in CFD simulation, aerodynamic design, and fluid dynamics to join our UAV team. If you’ve worked on supersonic or transonic platforms, enjoy simulation-based design, and are excited about taking concepts into flight, this is your moment.

Responsibilities:

• Design aerodynamic solutions for rockets, UAVs, and aircraft.
• Run and analyze CFD simulations (Star-CCM+, Fluent, etc.).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (control, propulsion, structures).
• Participate in real-world testing and validation.

Required skills, experience and candidate profile:

• 5+ years in aerodynamics / rocket or drone design.
• Fluent in bothEnglish and Spanish, and expert with CFD tools.
• Experience in Matlab, Python, Simulink, and more.
• Passion for aerospace, innovation, and pushing boundaries.

The position is located in our Headquarters of Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).
