Job Description: We are seeking a passionate web developer experienced with open source frameworks and eager to work with AEM. You should be responsible for entire project delivery, working closely with the project manager to exceed client expectations. Main tasks include:

1. Defining solution architecture and interacting with client architects
2. Writing and refining technical specifications
3. Providing effort estimations for requirements
4. Leading the development team across various locations
5. Reviewing code and providing coaching and guidance
6. Ensuring infrastructure requirements are met
7. Synchronizing with the project’s lead system engineer for quality and performance
8. Collaborating with the test manager on release management
9. Developing critical system components to ensure a reliable environment (IDE setup, Maven, CICD, Docker, SonarQube)

What we require:

• Hands-on experience with AEM
• Leadership experience in technical and people management
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of Java for web projects
• Requirement analysis and technical solution design skills
• Extensive experience leading Java web projects
• Knowledge of patterns and best practices for clean code
• Experience developing RESTful Web Services
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue or React
• Testing experience at various levels
• Ability to extend products using APIs
• Familiarity with build tools (Maven), version control (Git), and task management tools (JIRA)
• Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement

Additional qualifications include:

• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Knowledge of Java Content Repository API (Jackrabbit / CRX)
• Understanding of OSGi and Declarative Services
• Experience in Eclipse IDE or similar environments
