Job Description: We seek a passionate web developer experienced with open source frameworks, especially AEM. You should be eager to develop your skills and share your expertise. You will be responsible for the entire project delivery, working closely with the project manager to exceed client expectations.

Main tasks include:

• Defining solution architecture and interacting with client architects
• Writing and refining technical specifications
• Providing effort estimations for requirements
• Leading a distributed development team
• Reviewing code and coaching team members
• Ensuring infrastructure requirements are met
• Synchronizing with the system engineer and test manager
• Managing releases and development of critical system parts

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with AEM
• Experience in team leadership and people management
• Strong communication skills in technical and business contexts
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue or React)
• Experience with RESTful Web Services, build tools (Maven), version control (Git)
• Familiarity with testing, task management tools (JIRA), and continuous integration (Jenkins, Docker)
• English and Spanish language skills
• Proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and openness to feedback

Additional Skills:

• Experience with TDD, Java Content Repository API (Jackrabbit/CRX), OSGi
• Experience in Eclipse IDE and professional development environments
