Job Description We are seeking a passionate web developer interested in open source frameworks and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You should be eager to take responsibility, share your expertise, and develop professionally with us. You will be responsible for the entire project delivery, working closely with the project manager to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Main tasks include:

1. Defining solution architecture and interacting with the client's architects
2. Writing and refining technical specifications
3. Providing effort estimations for requirements
4. Leading the development team, which is mostly distributed across various locations
5. Reviewing code and providing coaching and guidance
6. Ensuring infrastructure requirements are met
7. Synchronizing with the lead system engineer to meet quality and performance standards
8. Coordinating with the test manager and managing release processes
9. Developing critical system components to ensure a reliable work environment (IDE setup, Maven, CICD, Docker, SonarQube)

Additional Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Familiarity with Java Content Repository API (Jackrabbit / CRX)
• Knowledge of OSGi and Declarative Services
• Ability to extend existing products and leverage APIs to create customized web experiences
• Experience in professional development environments, such as Eclipse IDE
