Job Description We are seeking a web developer passionate about open source frameworks and eager to work with AEM. You should be responsible, willing to share your expertise, and interested in developing alongside us. You will oversee the entire project delivery, working closely with the project manager to ensure client satisfaction.

Main tasks include:

1. Defining solution architecture and interacting with the client's architects
2. Writing and refining technical specifications
3. Providing effort estimations
4. Leading a distributed development team
5. Reviewing code and coaching team members
6. Ensuring infrastructure compliance and synchronizing with the system engineer
7. Meeting quality and performance standards
8. Managing releases and development environments (IDE setup, Maven, CICD, Docker, SonarQube)

Additional Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Familiarity with Java Content Repository API (Jackrabbit / CRX)
• Knowledge of OSGi and Declarative Services
• Ability to extend products and create customized web experiences
• Experience with professional development environments such as Eclipse IDE
