• 5+ years experience in an international environment required.

Job Description

We seek an experienced Adobe Experience Manager Developer who is eager to take responsibility and grow professionally with us.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with technical and business stakeholders
• 5+ years experience in an international organizational environment
• Extensive experience with AEM projects
• Deep understanding of AEM technology stack (OSGi, JCR, Apache Sling)
• Strong knowledge of Java and web technologies
• Familiarity with AEM on-premise and Cloud Service
• Knowledge of web security principles
• Ability to identify requirements and define technical solutions
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git
• Understanding of design patterns and best practices for clean, quality code
• Experience with pair programming and code reviews
• Experience with testing at various levels : unit, integration, functional, performance
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Proactive mindset, innovative ideas, and openness to feedback
• Additional language skills in Spanish are a plus
• Eligibility to work in the EU and / or Switzerland
