ExoClick is seeking an Account Manager to scale a portfolio of global advertisers from its Barcelona office. You will manage and optimize online campaigns using ExoClick's technology, maintaining direct client contact to ensure ROI objectives are met and driving revenue growth.

You will generate statistical reports for clients and management, monitor campaigns daily, and identify growth opportunities including cross-selling and upselling. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Must manage a portfolio of 30+ accounts effectively.
• Excellent organizational and rigorous approach required.

• Scale a portfolio of medium to large sized global advertisers
• Manage and optimize online campaigns using ExoClick's proprietary technology and network solutions
• Maintain direct contact with advertisers to ensure they meet ROI objectives
• Increase ExoClick’s revenue
• Generate statistical and financial reports for clients and Management
• Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns daily and weekly
• Follow up with clients and create growth account plans
• Negotiate agreements and pricing
• Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
• Keep up to date with market news and industry trends
• Prospect and qualify new leads for the assigned portfolio
• Maintain the CRM up to date
• Build sustainable client relationships through strategic thinking
• Interpret statistical data and campaign reports
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals
• Collaborate with Sales division team members in Publishing, Performance, and CS
• Report directly to the Sales Manager of Advertising

Requirements

• Chinese speaker
• Able to understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers
• Able to manage a portfolio of 30+ accounts successfully
• Extremely organised and rigorous
• Proactive, with strong communication skills
