beBeeFieldService is looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our Israel Field Service team. In this role, you will manage complex technical problems and provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring loyalty through outstanding service delivery. You will have opportunities for growth in a dynamic international environment, contributing to the success of our global organization.

Formación

  • 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience installing, repairing, and calibrating analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Electron Microscopes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely and connect with colleagues in the region.

Responsabilidades

  • Perform field service activities and solve complex hardware and software problems.
  • Coordinate work schedules and provide technical support and training to customers.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Conocimientos

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
IT literate, including TCP / IP networking

Educación
