In this role, you will manage complex technical problems and provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring loyalty through outstanding service delivery. Formación

• 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience installing, repairing, and calibrating analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Electron Microscopes is an advantage.
• Ability to work remotely and connect with colleagues in the region.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field service activities and solve complex hardware and software problems.
• Coordinate work schedules and provide technical support and training to customers.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Conocimientos
