Job Description

SA&I is a department of NielsenIQ working on special analyses based on consumer and retailer data. In RTM, one of the pillars of SA&I, you will be in charge of delivering high end solutions to our external clients with the aim to drive their growth as well as to inspire and build strong relationships.

You will closely interact with your local sales team:

  1. Interact on a daily base with the sales team to align on projects, answer their questions etc.
  2. Help the sales team by sharing information about the data, tools and methods.
  3. Support during the briefing phase and when necessary attend client meetings for project scoping.

You will be responsible for building client trust and loyalty by delivering high end results:

  1. In close cooperation with the client and our sales department, based on the scope agreed upfront, you’ll take ownership for project management, the analysis, prepare and run RtM solutions which fully answer the needs of the client.
  2. You will work out analytical insights and presentations that provide insights and allow data-based decision.
  3. As part of projects, you will work interdisciplinary and lead the co-ordination with different teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will take ownership within RtM:

  1. You will develop a deep understanding of our RtM tools and systems, as well as for our Nielsen product portfolio.
  2. You will continuously expand your knowledge of business topics, markets and Nielsen products.
Qualifications
  1. University studies and or comparable training qualifications.
  2. FMCG background or Market Research background appreciated.
  3. Deep understanding of customer business and challenges.
  4. Strong analytical skill: very high affinity with numbers and the ability to convert numbers in insights and recommendations.
  5. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, as well as excellent presentation skills.
  6. Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  7. Very good organizational and prioritization skills by staying flexible.
  8. Very good project and time management, proven track record of the submission of projects on time and on budget.
  9. Born team player.
  10. Very good knowledge of Spanish and English, both in writing and orally. An additional language is a plus.
  11. Excel, PPT.
