TRKKN is seeking an AdTech Platform Specialist to join our Platform Specialist Team in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact and technical problem-solver for AdTech clients, supporting DV360, CM360, and SA360, while expanding our SA360 capabilities and guiding clients through the UI and features.

Based in Barcelona, you will collaborate with Analytics and Privacy experts, onboard new clients, build knowledge bases, and help shape AI-driven processes as our team grows in a dynamic,

Formación

• Experience with DV360 and Campaign Manager 360 in a client-facing role.
• Strong SA360 knowledge or solid Google Ads expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and client-focused mindset.
• Curiosity for AI and automation and ability to apply them to workflows.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
• Confident public speaking and onboarding clients in English (C1).

Responsabilidades

How Will You Make An Impact

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious AdTech Platform Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Platform Specialist Team in Barcelona. Whether you are a talented junior looking to accelerate your career or a seasoned professional ready for your next challenge, this role offers the perfect environment to grow your expertise within the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) ecosystem.

Your mission is to be the first point of contact and technical problem-solver for our AdTech clients. You will act as the backbone of our support operations for DV360 and CM360, while also helping us expand our SA360 capabilities. Working alongside our Digital Analytics and Privacy specialists, you will help businesses navigate technical roadblocks and use your knowledge to provide best-in-class support for all AdTech clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• AdTech Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first level of support for all AdTech clients through our ticketing system. You will identify, investigate, and troubleshoot complex client issues within the Google Marketing Platform.
• Platform Mastery (DV360 & CM360): Utilize your deep knowledge of Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360 to provide seamless, efficient, and accurate solutions to client requests.
• Client Onboarding: You will be responsible for onboarding new clients. Give tool demos and talk them through the UI, features and functionality.
• Building Search Capabilities: Support our team by building out our SA360 knowledge base and taking ownership of search-related queries.
• Strategic Consulting: Transition beyond day-to-day support to work directly with clients on consulting projects, helping them build long-term, strategic AdTech roadmaps.
• Driving Automation: Bring your AI knowledge to the table! Help us identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into our workflows as the company evolves into a more AI-driven world.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly within the wider Platform Specialist Team in Barcelona, leveraging synergies with our Analytics and Privacy experts (no prior knowledge in these specific fields required).

The person we are looking for...

• Is a Platform Expert: You have strong, hands-on knowledge of DV360 and CM360, with a proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues within these tools.
• Has SA360 Skills: You have experience with SA360. If you don't know SA360 specifically, you possess a very strong knowledge of Google Ads and are eager to make the transition.
• Possesses a Problem-Solver Mentality: You excel at reading between the lines of a client request, quickly identifying the root cause of an issue, and providing actionable solutions.
• Brings Tech & AI Curiosity: You have some experience with, or a strong passion for, Artificial Intelligence and automation, and you are excited to help us innovate our processes.
• Has a Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn and grow. Whether you are joining at a junior or professional level, you are ready to develop over time.
• Excels in Public Speaking: You are comfortable speaking with clients face-to-face in English (min. C1) and can carry out onboardings on the AdTech tools for new clients.
• Is located in Barcelona: You are based in our vibrant Barcelona office and are excited to be a core part of the local team.
