TRKKN is seeking an AdTech Platform Specialist to join our Platform Specialist Team in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact and technical problem-solver for AdTech clients, supporting DV360, CM360, and SA360, while expanding our SA360 capabilities and guiding clients through the UI and features.

Based in Barcelona, you will collaborate with Analytics and Privacy experts, onboard new clients, build knowledge bases, and help shape AI-driven processes as our team grows in a dynamic,

Formación

• Experience with DV360 and Campaign Manager 360 in a client-facing role.
• Strong SA360 knowledge or solid Google Ads expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and client-focused mindset.
• Curiosity for AI and automation and ability to apply them to workflows.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
• Confident public speaking and onboarding clients in English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line AdTech support to clients via ticketing system.
• Master DV360 and CM360 to deliver accurate solutions.
• Onboard new clients and conduct tool demos.
• Build and improve SA360 knowledge base and search queries.
• Engage in strategic consulting and create long-term roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Privacy teams within the Barcelona office.
