Teleperformance in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to work with high-value clients in retail, travel and other large sectors. You will build long-term relationships, deliver tailored marketing strategies, and drive client success with advanced Google Ads insights.

The role is full-time, hybrid at the World Trade Center Barcelona, with a competitive compensation package and clear career progression through coaching and certifications.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience demonstrating expertise.
• C2 level German and high level English (written and spoken).
• 1-2 years in sales or online advertising.
• Extensive marketing experience with strong background in digital marketing and Google Ads.
• Deep understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tools, especially digital advertising and Google Ads.
• Mid/Senior level with ability to provide high-level consultations and strategic insights.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing success and value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for consultative engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with larger clients to optimize Google Ads campaigns and strategies.
• Provide in-depth consultative support to clients with advanced solutions.
• Improve advertising performance with insights, recommendations, and long-term growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with value-driven consultations.
• Regular follow-ups to ensure strategies are implemented and results optimized.
• Collaborate with clients to align Google Ads with business goals.
• Provide expert guidance on advanced marketing concepts and Google Ads features.
