We are currently seeking an Ad Tech Manager

for an international company with offices in Barcelona to join their multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own and develop the Ad Tech architecture, including integrations with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and analytics tools.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ad delivery and platform performance.
  3. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Ad Ops, and BI teams to define requirements and execute seamless integrations.
  4. Optimize ad-related products using performance data and industry standards (IAB, etc.).
  5. Act as the primary contact for Ad Tech vendors and internal stakeholders.
  6. Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements:

  1. Solid experience in CTV, VOD, and FAST environments.
  2. Hands-on expertise with SpringServe, DAI, and SCTE-35 marker implementation.
  3. In-depth understanding of ad serving mechanics, monetization models, and programmatic ecosystems.
  4. Familiarity with tools such as GAM, FreeWheel, Lotame, Amazon APS, Moat, AWS MediaTailor, etc.
  5. Knowledge of CMPs (Consent Management Platforms) and targeted advertising workflows.
  6. A strategic mindset with strong technical execution capabilities.
