Descripción del empleo

We are currently managing a n Ad Tech Manager for an International company with offices in Barcelona to join their multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities :

  • Own and develop the Ad Tech architecture, including integrations with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and analytics tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ad delivery and platform performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Ad Ops, and BI teams to define requirements and execute seamless integrations.
  • Optimize ad-related products using performance data and industry standards (IAB, etc.).
  • Act as the primary contact for Ad Tech vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements :

  • Solid experience in CTV, VOD, and FAST environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with SpringServe, DAI, and SCTE-35 marker implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of ad serving mechanics, monetization models, and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as GAM, FreeWheel, Lotame, Amazon APS, Moat, AWS MediaTailor, etc.
  • Knowledge of CMPs (Consent Management Platforms) and targeted advertising workflows.
  • A strategic mindset with strong technical execution capabilities.
