Ads Creative Strategist (Online/Offline)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven UGC Script & Concept Master to revolutionize our Meta advertising strategy. This role involves crafting compelling, authentic, and high-converting user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with our target audience and significantly boosts conversion rates. You will create engaging narratives, innovative concepts, and persuasive scripts that transform customer experiences into powerful advertising assets.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Conceptualization & Ideation: Develop innovative and original UGC concepts aligned with brand messaging and campaign objectives. Brainstorm and generate a constant flow of fresh, engaging, and shareable content ideas tailored for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Stay updated on emerging trends in social media, advertising, and UGC to identify new opportunities.
  2. Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Craft compelling and persuasive scripts that effectively communicate product benefits and drive conversions. Write authentic, relatable scripts tailored to specific target audiences. Develop diverse script variations for A/B testing and optimization. Ensure scripts adhere to brand voice and tone while maintaining a natural, user-generated feel.
  3. UGC Production Guidance: Provide clear direction to UGC creators, develop detailed shot lists and briefs, collaborate to refine content, and give feedback to improve quality.
  4. Collaboration & Communication: Work with Traffic, marketing, creative, and media teams to align strategies. Communicate effectively with UGC creators, present campaign insights, and stay updated on Meta's advertising policies.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Proven experience in creating high-performing UGC content for Meta advertising
  • Exceptional scriptwriting and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and user behavior
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Understanding of advertising metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of video editing and production is a plus
